This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for services provided by Brutsole Limited. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. We invoice and accept payment in British Pounds (GBP, £) and US Dollars (USD, $). We contract on a business-to-business basis.
Our initial discovery call is completely free and carries no obligation. No payment is taken to book a call.
For fixed-scope projects, payment is taken 100% in advance before work begins. For larger projects, we may agree milestone billing, where each milestone is invoiced separately and payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Payments are made against an invoice through approved third-party payment providers – no card details are entered or stored on this website.
If you cancel a project before we have started work, your payment (or deposit) for that project is fully refundable, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example domains, licences or subscriptions that have already been purchased).
Once work on your project has started, payments are non-refundable. This includes:
For projects billed by milestone, each completed or in-progress milestone is non-refundable. If you cancel during a project, you remain liable for the milestone currently in progress and any work performed up to the cancellation date; future, un-started milestones will not be invoiced.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction arising from changes you request outside the agreed scope, delays caused by late provision of materials or approvals, or the performance of third-party services outside our control. We will always work with you in good faith to correct genuine defects in our deliverables as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
To request a refund, email haider@brutsole.co.uk with your project details and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or by bank transfer.
