This policy explains how to cancel or reschedule a discovery call or a project with Brutsole Limited. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with our Refund Policy.
Discovery calls are free. You may reschedule or cancel your call at any time up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, using the link in your booking confirmation email or by emailing haider@brutsole.co.uk. There is no charge for rescheduling or cancelling a discovery call.
If you are unable to attend, we appreciate as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else. If you miss a call without notice, you are welcome to book another time through our calendar.
You may cancel a project before work has started by notifying us in writing. In that case, your payment is refundable in line with our Refund Policy (less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf).
If you cancel after work has started, the amounts paid are non-refundable as set out in our Refund Policy. You remain liable for work performed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date, and (for milestone projects) for the milestone currently in progress. Un-started future milestones will not be invoiced.
If you need to pause or reschedule an active project, please let us know as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, though paused work may be re-prioritised and timelines adjusted. Extended pauses may require a re-scoping or re-scheduling of the work.
In rare circumstances we may need to cancel a project – for example, due to non-payment, a breakdown in cooperation, or matters beyond our reasonable control. Where we cancel for reasons that are not your fault, we will refund any amounts paid for work not yet started.
To cancel or reschedule a call or project, use your booking confirmation link or email haider@brutsole.co.uk. For project cancellations, please put your request in writing so we have a clear record.
